Help/FAQ Ordering Questions? If you are having a problem with ordering or have a question about shipping, prices, tax, etc. that you don't see the answer to here please don't hesitate to ask. We are glad to help you with any questions you might have.
What if I don't have a credit
card, how can I order? What if I don't have a credit card, how can I order?
We also accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks,
or personal checks. Checks should be made payable to Cheryl
Ferrent.
If paying by check please allow an extra 7-10 days for the check to
clear before we ship your order. All others are shipped upon
receipt of payment.
To order by mail simply add the items you want to order to the
shopping cart and proceed to checkout, once you have a total
including shipping charges, print the page out and send it with
payment to:

Absolutely! To order by mail simply add the items you want to

have the items ready you want to purchase, we can process the order
by phone with a credit card payment.

To order by mail simply add the items you want to order to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout to get the shipping charges and tax that may apply.
We try to keep extra charges to a minimum. We don't believe it's fair to gouge the customer on shipping charges as other places so often do. Shipping charges will vary depending on the service and company you choose. You pay the shipping charges based on the rates given to us by the shipping companies. No handling fees are charged with the exception of optional gift wrapping at $1.00 per shipment.

Although it is normally much quicker, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery unless
otherwise noted in the products details. Some items that are
custom made may take longer than 2 weeks. It will be noted in
the description of these items. If you need an item rushed,
please call us and let us know, we'll do what we can to get it to
you by the date you need it.

Absolutely! When you add an item to your shopping cart simply select gift as an option. And if gift wrap is selected at checkout we wrap it and send it to the address you provide at checkout. You can also include a personal note if you wish. Please note: Gift wrapping is optional for sending an item to a different address than your billing address. If you only want it shipped to a different address simple specify the address for shipping. |
