Return Policy
Claims for
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product Received
To
report a damaged shipment, defective product or product shipped
in error please call us at 1-814-952-8791
All merchandise is guaranteed against material or workmanship
defects.
All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies,
incorrect merchandise, etc. must be reported within 72 hours of
receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time.

It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all
merchandise before use to ensure it is the correct merchandise,
correct quantity and in same condition as ordered.
Kids Room Knits will not assume responsibility after
garments have been washed or altered in any fashion. If you have
questions about the care of a garment please ask before laundering
it to help prevent accidental damage.
We ask that with defective merchandise you return it with a piece of tape
indicating the location of the flaw.
If your package is lost or damaged in the mail will assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier if
necessary or issue a Call Tag at our expense to pickup any damaged
merchandise.
A re-shipment will be made in a timely manner (if necessary) at our
expense.
Products that are custom made may require
additional time for arrival and we ask that you allow for the time
given in the product description before filing a lost package claim.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do try
to fill every order in a timely manner.
If you are returning a non-defective/non-fault garment, you must pay
return shipping fees. We do not accept returns on non-fault garments
if they have been personalized. Shipping charges on the original order will
not be refunded on orders in which no error was made on the part of
Kids Room Knits. The customer is
responsible for all shipping charges on such returns.
